Can anyone recommend an agency?

Some TMPs told me they were tired of paying online travel agency fees and were happy to find Furnished Finder. 

I use a billing and communication agency. 

I've read through everything everyone has said, as well as carefully reading through the sales agreement and the final closing papers (that I did not sign but requested from the title agency)...

For example if the states licensing code holds the licensee to an agency relationship with their client, then the wholesaler tying up a homeowners property for a below market price may be in violation.  

These may all have to be mapped and approved by the agency, authority, having jurisdiction.

If a stock broker were to do the same thing with bond holders in his agency with investor clients it would be illegal, (churning accounts) in the note business it's accepted practice.

It does happen, particularly when renting to travel nurses who are at risk of having their contracts shortened by the hospitals or recruiting agencies.

Wherever you took your broker's class you should have ample study materials.If you are talking about your real estate agent's license in NJ (that is not a broker's license), you need to take the initial class at an accredited agency and they will give you all of the materials after you finish the 75 hours for the test.

You could partner with agencies or local companies to rent to relocating professionals.
