We have a phenomenal airport and they continue adding routes as the population here is growing, but there are still no direct flights from Denver to Myrtle Beach in the offseason...

I’m thinking this would make a bit of sense for me since it’s a busy market (I think) and it’s only a 45 minute flight from my location.

So the flight to new builds or suburbs has been going on for long time only to be replaced by landlords not owners.. thats your issue.

New graduates leave the city to move to NYC.The population flight is continuing to this day.

Or some short flight locations like inland CA (Fresno, Bakersfield)?

If its your maiden project, I'd be concerned about the distance from the property.

Just offering my opinions and challenging anyone to consider if a different approach may find business and profit where they never considered before.And here is my Lamborghini / dream:Velocity V-Twin Kit Airplane kit planes are cool and all but it takes 2 to 5 years of your life and whoa is the day you rig the ailerons backwards and auger in on your first flight in your experimental aircraft..

Buy low, sell high" doesn't work for most.They will chase the Nvidia's even tho that ship sailed years ago and is a Titanic short term IMO It's not that weird, but definitely not normal.When rates are high it's simply a flight to quality, when rates get lower you'll take more spec investments.

@Momar MbengueWhatever place you choose, get on a plane and go there: yes it costs money but if you are gonna invest $100k+ on a property spend the $400 on a round trip flight and spend a few ways with realtors and property managers getting to know the area you want to invest.
