If your partner drafts a response to California or mentions to California that he will have representation to fight the letter - the state will give approximately 30-90 days  and put any liens in hold and not seize anything.What the state can and will levy will depend on the amount.I would have to assume that the state will try to levy something more liquid first before they do anything with the partnership interest.

This was determined to be not sufficient to carry out the demands levied against the service so the USMC numbers have been growing over the past few years and thought it appears to change yearly, the actual authorized manning numbers are approved and projected forward several years so any short term war/crisis will have to be handled with current manning and reserves.

Armchair agent attorneys, mistakes agents make and don't tell you about in a transaction until the last second or after the fact, notices from real estate commissions about (agent non-compliance for continuing education, back child support owed, student loan delinquencies, IRS tax levy request notices to broker on agents part of commission payout on a transaction,non-payment for agent license renewal fees, etc.)It goes on and on and on the drama.

 @Carlina BurfordThere's no need for transactional funding in our state because nobody here does double closings (due to the excise/transfer taxes); the wholesalers just assign the contract.Also, there's never a need to pay for a POF letter like @Dustin Frank mentioned... they're pretty easy to come by.
