Eventually, I want to transition to multifamily or commercial real estate investing and run my own business as my full-time job.

We have full time professional jobs and children so getting into heavy rehab or flipping is not an option.

Which makes me think it’s a smaller operation.

hey @Daniel Han @Arash A.Account Closed    and to all of you other posters on this thread i know its a few months old, if you would like my real estate office is in Playa Vista ca. near Marina Del Rey, give me a 1 weeks notice and we can all meet up at my actual office maybe on a weekend where we run our flips and investing operations from lets all chat and see if we can close some deals together.

@Ella Marie, I can't speak on behalf of your market, but in my respective market, competition is tough, and the successful fix-and-flip vendors are often full-time operating businesses.

I've also loved learning about the other 10 markets we operate in.I have two big goals.

I don't have a W-2 job.

Your operating agreement would have to specify exactly what you can do with those monies.  

While most of the people are pretty good and probably have a thankless job, there are definitely some with the good ole boy network and very political. 

Lived in dumps that I fixed up and sold or rented while working 50+ hours a week at my day job.
