No need to tip your hand unnecessarily.

On your business books, repairs necessary immediately upon acquisition are truly part of the acquisition expense, and unnecessarily skew historic repair expenses if you account for them as repairs and maintenance.

Don't let that dissuade you unnecessarily though. 

:)But, there are often intermediate steps you can take to avoid dropping your price unnecessarily.

Relatively a newbie but been lurking around BP for a couple of years now ingesting all the amazing contents and reading on my own as well.

Personally I wouldn't be too concerned about it - from what I've read its only an issue when its inhaled/ingested so exterior siding shouldn't be an issue at all.

I do not intend to charge or collect property management fees as that will complicate things unnecessarily since the entities are pass through anyway.
