See, I have "Truth-Tourette's" so I would admit this honest truth, take your info, your "buy-box" criteria and keep in touch for anything that comes through my team that seems a fit, THATS where it can work.

I don't know if they do that, I would assume they do not, but I am not privvy to that type of info.

I took the 3 day this past October (2018) and feel it was a great course, but it was a "repeat" of a lot of the info available for free on youtube, etc. 

Of 1k properties only 20-30% may have any contact info at all.
