Real estate investment can be incredibly rewarding, between the cashflow, appreciation, and tax benefits, it truly is the greatest wealth creation tool. 

You need to be on all platforms - incredibly important to diversify!!  

For most, this isn't a realistic option so they update some of the most important regions themselves and copy the data from other providers where they don't have coverage.This is a big problem with these big consumer-grade real estate analytics platforms—you don't really know the source of that data, its frequency, etc.

Like many of you, I started by reading Rich Dad Poor Dad, and from there, I dove into Brandon Turner’s book on real estate investing.I’m incredibly excited to embark on this new adventure and can’t wait to see where it leads.

When I see newer people expecting to find full cash out deals from out of state sourced from a wholesaler or agent I know they are setting themselves up to fail 99.5% of the time.
