My local power company has a program where they can lower power consumption to a property(ies) to prevent the grid going down during high power usage surges. 

A key step in all of this is to understand what the zoning of the property is and what is allowed.Does the current/future use of the property conform to that usage.

I do not think the location of a railroad would have any impact of the rezoning for the apartment usage. 

I felt that was inappropriate.

Today I went to look at the meter and I didn't see a constant usage that I thought would be a sign of a leak in the pipe between the meter and the shutoff valve.  

To me it seems like it'd be the same result as depreciating in full via bonus depreciation but more accurately describes the usage (storing tools used for all the properties).

But in the US, agents perform a lot of functions through to closing not done by lesser paid agents overseas. 

I feel it's inappropriate to get anymore specifics, because then THAT would be vain/smug.Example, for those that really want to judge or compare or even just converse with others beyond door count to get an understanding of their portfolio...

Mixed usages, such as a furnished mid term rental of one unit or vacation rental usage (where permitted) is also an excellent way to boost revenue.

It’s still working for me, I have an iPhone, though.I can directly tell that my usage on BP went down tremendously when they stopped supporting the app.
