Now if you're just looking to make your credit report look better, that might work but not sure why that would be worthwhile unless you were just looking to borrow more consumer-type debt rather than hard asset notes. 

Allow direct to consumer auto sales from the manufacturer.

They are very time consuming if you manage it your self .

However, the only reference to Homeland Security I’ve seen is a post of a seeming “wish list” of investigative agencies by the OP in the Norada thread, who, if you read his posts, is obviously less than a reliable source of information and consumed by rage.

My point being I've consumed a vast quantity, and variety of content in the rei space. 

Bottom line is these 2 gentlemen sold the dream of financial freedom to the consumer and they were the ones who actually achieved it.

This initial negative position can consume years of the small real cash flow (when using realistic expenses).   

JD - and with higher wages comes increased consumer demand which leads to higher prices/inflation. 

Finding off market deals by yourself is time consuming and costs $$
