I assume you are out of the “grace period” for an impulse purchase and the company want let you out of it.

Yes I am going through all the videos of BP on youtube , podcasts and bought some best sellers on real estate - I read a ton and with the advent of youtube and podcats , now i listen a ton - making my commute to work , less boring .I also occasionally throw money away ( impulse buying a "how i earned 200k in 10 days from real estate " course) as well :-)

Send it over to them and get their opinion then "walk away" from the deal to show them you're not impulsive.

I certainly did not want to impulse buy, but living at home still annoys me.

The issue have had with them is they give you just enough to make you want more and I agree with @Bob B. about leaving your money at home if you have trouble controlling impulses.

I guess it is better to wait for the right tenant rather than pick someone on impulse and have them screw me over later.  

I want to indulge my impulses to travel and work on new projects.I want to live my life the way I want to live it!
