We have 2 potential renters for our property. Has anyone had a renter on an assisted housing program? What are your thoughts on these types of tenants? Good or if there any red flags? Appreciate your thoughts?

Multiple members who could be the person in charge of the Airbnb profile.

Not the most scalable method, but I like the benefits it affords me while I am still a smaller operation.Completing 500 builds in just over 10 years is impressive for someone who just sorta fell into it.

I use Buildium for tracking rent, fees, leases, and collecting online payments, but I don't use their reports for much, as I end up copying my online banking each year into spreadsheets.I've been using Rental Hero for the last hour and already impressed with it.

I would imagine that this economic profile is very similar to much of Northern California and many other rural areas.  

I need to update my deal profile but I moved here 2020 first buying a house hack and then slowly buying one rental a year until the last year and a half.
