Do you have an ideal type of and location within TX/Dallas for a flip?

Ideally, my goal would be to get $40-45k equity back out.

Now, I’m curious about real estate investing.I have some experience flipping a couple of houses, and although I have a ton of flaws, one of my strengths is being resourceful and assembling amazing teams—I’m always looking for people better than me at what they do— what seems to be a good fit for real estate.

We have a 30Y Fixed DSCR product that would likely fit your needs. 

And I feel the ideal portfolio can benefit from the diversification of both.I feel directly owned properties are great because they give me maximum control and the ability to tweak them exactly how I want.

Check with an architect first to be sure you can fit your vision into the existing lot, as it's zoned currently.

I have good record keeping although a bit old fashioned (journal w/hrs, mileage, receipts).No LLC although we are considering with the 3rd rental on board.Would be interested in hearing from CPA's who might fit our needs.  

I am searching through all the BP threads trying to find the best fit for me in terms of asset protection/law/CPA firm that specialize in real estate investment and have narrowed it down to Anderson or KKOS/Mark Kohler.

For me once I've identified the target market/ideal guest, my rule of thumb is if enhances their stay/they'd pay extra for it splurge.
