The house has been vacant for bout 2 years with homeless living in it so it not a super item plus the offers i gave him was def reasonable.

They have 3 choices get their buddy to pay,  Cover his rent, find a new roommate and choice 4 is be homeless, my guess is they choose one of the first 3.

Apparently for 3 days in a row these lovely tenants have had a homeless person living in the basement of the property (one of their druggie "friends", I'm sure).
