Most majority of the stuff that i found out about the company is a scam.

I do not stress over the threats because 1) most are meritless and silly 2) they never follow through for RE related stuff 3) I have ample coverage.  

And that lease has to be somewhere, I hate when I lose stuff like that.

I am not sure what you need to spend but north of 2M but man does it save a lot on doors, trim and finish stuff. 

She currently spends 5-6 hours a month on my stuff.

I manage my own stuff but know lots of BICs in Cola - happy to recommend w/ more info.

We actually keep a pantry pretty well stocked with basics:  tea, coffee, cleaning supplies & laundry stuff, cup of noodles, ramen, soup, oatmeal packets, microwave popcorn, spices, bottled water, lemonade mix/crystal light, etc.  

That kitchen looks good but needs more stuff so families can cook and eat there.I think you guy look good in the photos, but it can be a turn off to prospective guests so I would remove those.

if you know your stuff and know how to deliver a message and network by being consistent enough you will always close deals!
