If i am not mistaken, your lender is private money, some developer or contractor, that  will absolutely get their money out of the project even if you loose money...But, I appreciate your willingness to stick to your guns, it's the hallmark of big wins AND big losses.If/when you can pull it off a few times, you should think about syndication, as I would gladly put money with an outfit that can get it done for sub $200 per sq. ft on a consistent basis, in a major metro, during this level of inflation.Seriously, best of luck and I hope you prove them/me all wrong and get it done.
