Furniture is another story; we have tons of suppliers.

Two groups that I will consider investing with again are Colony Hills Capital for multi family and FNRP, which specializes in grocery and big box store anchored retail spaces.  

Staging versus furnishing: students are hard in furniture.  

There would potentially be some weight issues with the 2nd+ floors of some shopping malls, depending on what the potential tenant wants to store in the upstairs unit.
