We were fortunate to get the ball rolling fairly quickly and only have to fork out 1.5 months of mortgage on our own. my partner thinks he can do all the taxes for the home and depreciation on turbo tax, as that’s what he’s been doing forever since he’s a w2 earner.

Fortunately for me their lease was ending soon and I have already notified them through a letter sent through USPS and later through FedEx.

Since retiring 7 years ago I’ve been fortunate to be able to take the time to really think about what future goals that I have for myself and my family and I'm now ready to embark on a new adventure in real estate.

I have no prior experience in real estate, however, am fortunately enough to have access to sources of income besides a fixed job salary that provides me additional CF and a long-term safety net.
