In fact  there's a company that markets quite heavily on this BP that sells uneducated investors formation packages that are completely impractical and unnecessary but there are plenty of accountants out there who do the same.

@Heather Watkins I prefer to see the posts where the investor is merely contemplating taking the steps you've taken rather than instances where they have already spent unnecessary time and expense on entity formation because we as a BP community can at try to steer the investor in the right direction.

Reireply users me included also have propstream for leads, which reireply has a good integration with the output CSV formate from propstream into reireply's skip trace upload (10 cents ea).FWIW you can find the latest SMS tools via googling:  SMS marketing tool,  Also search in youtube where the wholesalers mention their latest tooling;  leadsherpa and the like.
