Options, lots of options when you actually pay things off and have net worth.Those were my heros growing up, I didn't care for the flashy guy who sold the flash and cash.

Sometimes the BUY BUY BUY is much more flashy and impressive than my slow and boring method.  

Make it flashy so it stands out, but only include the pertinent information so it can be scanned quickly.

I think this is the prudent way to start; don’t have to be flashy but make a profit. 

Those numbers REALLY don't work.The lesson is this: if you really want to make money in real estate, find something flashy to sell to Realtors.

This sector is not flashy like the high end, luxury apartment complexes with all the bells and whistles, but I think that if you can attract the strong employment history tenant with a good blue collar job, then you will achieve financial stability on your properties.
