best thing to do ...getting a loan from where a profit loan or just a bank loan etc..buying a duplex or 4 plex for house hacking also you don't need licence to rent out a duplex for sure right ?

@Kevin Manz it's been a while since i looked into it (so if I'm off on any of this someone please correct me), but what I recall of Indiana is to be a broker, you need to first get the realtors licence, and hold that for 1 year.
