Hopefully some entity can step in to stop the madness, it’s a shame that there is no regulation stopping your company from doing this… 

Also I feel buy and holds are harder to structure partnerships as its not that much money when split in between two people.

After this advice I feel it is much easier to invest locally where you can become a “market expert” more easily.

I’ve done my research with (reading books, podcasts, etc) but still feel like I’m not doing enough.
