I fear Las Vegas will be similar to the size or BP2023 in Orlando.  

I had same feelings while buying during 2008-2016 years and was always a little fearful/cautious. 

Fear sells and the doomers and crash bros have been telling us about this crash coming since 2019.

Until I became active in the forums about a year ago, I had no idea this fear and obsession existed. 

Root cause is lack of confidence and/or fear of losing money.  

I fear I would be run out of business if I was successful at all.So there's my current status.

I knew there had to be a better way than BBB & stalking on fb.

I have always feared debt but I'm finding myself high on equity and low on cash flow.

I fear the timing may be an issue with the large transaction volumes, and money in money out scenario.Any advice regarding the best accounts for SPE LLCs used to invest in and hold real estate would be greatly appreciated. 

Continue your positive thinking and you will find the right deal, get it financed, and then suffer all the fear, anxiety, and sleepless nights we have all gone through LOL.
