I love the flexibility they offer for traveling professionals, military families, or folks in between moves.My main questions:Have you noticed increased demand for midterm rentals in this area, particularly from military personnel at nearby bases or healthcare workers at local hospitals?

I am located in Arizona and have been in manufacturing for 20+ years while my brother is an experienced contractor based in California. 

In that scenario Section 8 tenants are the least risky tenant base.

The tax is based on selling price minus purchased price.

If the numbers don't work for expanding the building, explore the potential based on the current space. 

I haven't walked most of these properties in person so my rehab numbers are based off the pictures, but it definitely seems like there's some value to be had here.
