@Lamar AthillWhen it comes to Wholesaling it is important to understand that it actually revolves more about marketing then actual "Real estate-ing"you market for off-market sellers while market for buyers to get that spread.It is relatively easy to get into the field, but takes a bit of work to make it sustainable on an ongoing basis.I would say the first thing is to really understand the buyer criteria your markets and what houses are desirable and point your efforts there.
