Jeremy is more like a capital raiser in some deals and I know he is super experienced.

My main hope from being a part of this group is to learn from investors or syndicators that are more experienced than I am.

There's far more experienced people on this thread than I providing their take on Gator and it sounds pretty iffy.

He didn't learn Sub-To and other tricks until he was more experienced, and he had the money to pour into it and absorb mistakes.
