Your anthropological and/or ethnic views aside, if you are not marketing like a successful wholesaler to get off market deals then you are buying retail or opportunity falls on your lap (I was going to insert something poetic here but I rather not offend your senses again) which works for some not most.Hope that made sense in English, my Spanish gets in the way sometimes 

big melting pot of cultures but since the govmit owns all the housing .. they make sure there is no concentration of race or ethnic cultures.. each building has a ratio as to the entire population of the country. 

They have to experience it themselves....I have thought about doing just that.....I didn't know the allowable amount so thanks for sharing that information with me....This particular neighborhood is on the edge of being a C neighborhood....some people may say it is....so this girl who lives in the bubble would have a difficult time adjusting...especially since I watch the ID channel often....My boyfriend is a true urban boy...me not so much...we currently live in an A neighborhood and I love it....it is tucked away from the freeway so it requires a bit of driving but the community is safe and absent of any riff raff......We do both share a love for ethnic foods and culture which we don't have to much of where we currently live....we are constantly driving into the suburbs right outside the city.My house would easily rent for 1800.00 a month.

Perhaps the landlord is using the noise complaints as an excuse to kick out an ethnic minorty.

It is an ethnic food mecca replit with its own trendy coffee shop, and 5 different subway lines you can take to get practically anywhere into new York.

In most cases, companies that offer such products are often working within minority ethnic / religious groups.

But the fact is that Simply bringing an *enter ethnic group here* into a district where same tend to live, WITHOUT that party's EXPLICIT request, is "steering", highly illegal, and you can lose not just your license, but your empire.
