When she gets her orders, I will liquidate the two properties we own together and payoff the mortgages and she will hopefully have a bigger nest egg to purchase something state side at her new duty station, 3-4 years down the road.  

To add to Jay's great points.. what part does this lot represent of your portfolio or nest egg? 

Good morning BP nation,I have just become aware of the Series LLC, which appears to afford much better asset protection than a standard LLC due to the ability to essentially nest entities within each other.

We sprayed a nest that was forming, and apparently that didn’t take care of the bees.

I knock down wasp nests with a stick.  

I would love for him to not have to worry about a college education and student debt and I would love to be able to leave him a small nest egg when I'm gone.

I moved back to Mass to recoup and build a nest egg.

The last house I renovated was a 1955 pier and beam and the electrical was a rat’s nest, had to install a new panel and 1/2 the wiring.

Especially since I plan on using rental properties as my retirement strategy should I focus more o acquiring more rentals or just build a big retirement nest egg?
