I looked at somewhere between 150 and 200 deals before getting my first deal and that was at a time when market conditions weren't as tough as they are now. 

Hmmm this is a tough one.

It’s tough to pull off something similar with $50k-$100k in a short period—it’s just not realistic.

But imagine, an employee calls of, then you will have to go and be a substitute for that employee if no other employees want an overtime?

I believe this tough-on-crime approach will make Albuquerque safer and a better place to do business in the near and long-term future. 

These systems are becoming more sophisticated and (my favorite) capable, leading to improved user experiences and potentially freeing up human employees to handle more complex tasks and interactions.

Not sure about FL, but many places don't publicly list the purchase amounts, so tough to know what they sold for. 

Like everyone else has said cashflow would be tough in your local market.

Often times, they are priced at market and makes it tough to get deals done with agents.
