Allow me to put emphasis on estate planning attorney, just as your real estate attorney specializes in real estate and a brain surgeon specializes in brain surgery so does an estate planning attorney specialize in estate planning.So, what happens to your real estate properties if you died?

(Emphasis on hard work).

This is another reason I defer to MFR's because there is more emphasis on the property performance like what you have shown vs. your personal income with the SFR's.

You can take more risks by buying cheaper properties or in some cases, put an emphasis on buying close to home.  

I tell you that to emphasis no matter where you start, you'll grow from there.

A recent paid study showed that Gaston county had the best opportunity for growth in the region due to its infrastructure, plus Gastonia is putting major emphasis on growth and community development.  

Emphasis on depreciation recapture.  13 years is almost half of the economic life of that asset.
