Sometimes depletion of the reserves is a conscious decision and can be explained.

The negative ----- delinquent tax sales, foreclosures, vacant properties, rent court, housing court, devoices and any other situation where sellers have a problem that needs to be solved.Warning ----- don't be a predator..... help people with problems - solve their issues and you will benefit from the LAW of Prosperity  Consciousness.  

It's nice to be conscious of your realtor's time, but ultimately it is his decision whether he wants to continue to invest in this process.

Just price conscious and not in need of high speed internet.
