The waterfront area downtown is beautiful for as far as the eye can see in both directions.As remote work takes hold and knowledge workers look to escape Seattle, I can definitely see it becoming an Austin-esque city in the PNW.

Scranton PA is a great spot to invest.Pros:- Low cost of buy-in / not much needed in comparison to other areas due to affordability in purchase price- High-Cap Rates- High Cash Flows- Stable market / continuing to appreciate- Beautiful revitalization of the downtown- Influx of jobs, employment opportunities - Plenty of renters- New Amtrak service coming- Surrounding neighborhoods are sought after, solid schools, "home team" mentality in most of the towns where people want to stayFor the Cons:- I can't think of any OVERALL cons that couldn't be avoided in working with the right team.

Las Vegas is a good place for actual Trustee sales the sales are held in the parking lot of a big title company downtown and that title company puts out a short form title search on everything that is going to sale. and will highlight them..

Hello everyone,A family member of mine owns a short-term rental property in Downtown Miami and is looking to increase both occupancy rates and revenue.

This is the perfect example.We have been using the leses and other froms from WLB for over a decade and I have seen them getting updated over the years, so I somtimes throw out a package of forms and order new ones to be up to date, but they are so inexpensive, its a no brainer.WLB has a store downtown Milwaukee worth visiting: they have all sorts of landlord supplies you did not even know you needed from print all the way to parking signs and traffic cones.

An example would be a realtor brokerage that buys a mixed-use house in a downtown area, uses the main area for the brokerage office, and subleases/rents any remaining space to other businesses/tenants.

The townhouse is located near by Kennesaw State University, in a nice and safe neighborhood, not too far from downtown (about 30-45mins), with easy access to I75 (huge deal for Atlanta, especially if you work in downtown). 

So the good news is that there are currently two full-amenity condo buildings in/near downtown Chicago in prime A+ Class neighborhoods that allow short-term rentals: 545 N Dearborn and 30 E Huron.

I took a look at the listings on their website.Most of their inventory is 30+ min from the 'downtown' area.Seems like they charge $400 - $600 a bed in Dallas and Houston + a move-in fee to the guest.It would be interesting to know what their management fees are.You should be able to make money based on those numbers if they have a nice occupancy rate.I personally wouldn't rent from there because I prefer my own space but there are definitely people out there that like to save a couple hundred on rent or even enjoy having roommates(Company) around.Best of luck!
