I've downloaded the DealMachine app and wanted to get some feedback reviews about the app.

Zillow's API is no longer offered (or they make it extremely hard to access these days - have had no luck finding an updated link/page for it), Redfin has broad-stroke CSVs you can download that only give 5-10 fields of info and not often at the metro area, you can't legally create a tool to crawl these websites...I'm looking for 1 (or a handful of sources) to pull together basic metrics at the metro/city level for US real estate.

@Mohit Arora recommend you spend more time studying TX landlord-tenant statutes.Your lease is probably pretty basic as it didn't really cover this issue - and it probably doesn't really cover a whole lot more.Google & download as many TX leases you can find to copy & paste to improve yours.

Our version is available even now for download on our old Towne Square HOA account, (mgmt thru 2020, I think). 

I think you should take a week or 2 Bob and write a "Crash Course How-To" e-book and then offer it up for $10 per download.

It will auto download all your banking and credit card transactions.

By the way, I downloaded the kindle version of the book you recommended and I plan to start reading it tonight.Thank you again for the question you asked and the interest you have taken.

You should be able to download these things and send to them digitally.  

There are software programs that allow you to download the text messages if needed.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated to access the PDF/download to those items mentions.
