I've found that for tile, the big box retailers Lowes and HD have a smaller selection from what's on display but are much cheaper than the specialty stores for a similar quality of flooring. 

I have seen some turned into jewelry stores, camera display store, restaurant speakeasy type thing, Fed Ex shipping type place, etc. 

Many new investors might want to find an older property that has ‘good bones’ but has red shag carpet and wallpaper.

Now, I would typically use "google maps" to give me an "Idea" of what it looks like, but google maps doesn't display that specific street.. so I was wondering what type of Class of properties would those areas be?

I've been taking down wallpaper, repainting, doing some landscaping, refinished all the floors after taking up the rugs and have the plan to update both kitchens and my bath.

It was built in 1997 and everything is original and including the strawberry wallpaper, different oddly colored rooms, cheap appliances and worn out wood floors. 

I’ve got a few Class A rentals and those tenants display their entitlement before they even get past the initial screening.

If you go North OTP, you may be able to find stuff that can qualify conventional but just needs cosmetic updates (i.e. maybe it still has the wallpaper from the 90s).

I may be displaying my ignorance here, but is there a way to BRRRR a note much like people do with physical real estate?
