In over-saturated areas like Scottsdale, hosts are often asked by guests to discount their nightly rates (especially for extended stays) and many hosts accept the discounted rates because they know that if they deny the request, the guest will simply book with a different host that will extend a discount.

-The insurance market could change by denying/reducing coverage to addicts, putting this clinic out of business.The way I see it is even if the clinic shuts down and they break their lease, I could always rent it at market rate to a normal family, or I could just sell the property.

Its possible the bulk sale will happen on the 26th and that is when they will provide more information, or it is possible that you can no longer call the credit card company to deny the charges at that point, still unsure.

I have done a few of these last year and all (3) of them came over to me from a realtor who was trying to find a bank to fund.If you do not go through the right bank or program you will pay earnest money, commit to contract, pay for appraisal and end up getting the loan denied in underwriting.
