Turbo tax will prorate your depreciation for you when you input the purchase date but you need to input the land value (1/6 your PP in my example) and what % the rental is of the dwelling. 

Hard to say which way this could go, just keep good notes, records and photos, dates, times etc… maybe this could possibly go under their previous policy?

(Like I think Craigslist is still one of the best websites on the internet, but for some people it's a total turn-off because it still looks like 1995).Capterra.com is a great site for research in this category (and business software in general). 

But the decor may already have some wear and tear, the theming may be a bit dated, etc.

They have bots that look for every piece of furniture on the internet, create a listing for it, and then have it shipped if you buy it (often at a 2-3X markup).

I wanted to confirm that to date they have never missed a payment and always returned principal?
