I have been able to do work arounds for about everything but it sure would help if Buildium would just be a little more flexible and let you created journal entries to different properties much like checking writing allows you to do.

Hopefully, based on actual field measurements, past project data, and estimating software, your contractor can develop a detailed estimate that lays out the cost of labor and all materials for each phase of the project.

@Leeling ChewAbsolutely, you should background check every adult (18 or older) who will reside in the property.

What I see a lot of people do is overthink it and then either stop in their tracks, or wait for years to get started due to the overwhelming data that they get on what they want to do.
