Ladies felt safe and frankly they were smarter and better closers than the guys  LOL...team up..Being a RE broker for 40 years and my wife of almost 30 safety is an issue and yes there are predators out there no question about that.. since in wholesaling your not going to be knocking a ton of doors you should be able to get a companion and it could be female I guess as well.. without to much trouble.

I liked it, though some folks refuse to get off the ship there, including some of our travelling companions. 

I would ask the tenant to verify that the dangerous breed of dog is actually a companion dog.

According to City of San Diego website, "Both Companion and Junior Units can be integrated into existing single-family or multi-family properties and can be designed in a variety of ways, including converting a portion of an existing house, adding to the existing house, converting an existing garage or constructing a new detached structure."

I have gotten to the point where I hear like a dog: blah blah blah NOT PAY blah blah blah HARD TIMES blah blah, PLEASE.I am a very companionate person.

What a great companion to the ones I have saved for Cleveland and Philly.

Dogs are great companions and depending on the area they defer crime.

@Amber A.There are some carriers down here that will offer flood as a companion to the dwelling policy.

There are so many Fair Housing & ADA laws that apply to apartments (especially with parking issues, stairs, elevators, companion animals, and even criminals).

We got a Southwest Companion pass by getting two SW credit cards for the points.
