Investing abroad is not something that a majority of investors think of but a lot of my clients have been lately!

I will add that Ko has been an asset to many of my clients.

The bigger companies, truly see you as another number in their pipeline and not as a client.

Is your client building to rent, or build to sell? 

I had a client who kept waiting for a better rate, only to see it jump 0.5% overnight costing him thousands.

@Linda PhamAll our midterm rentals are in Colorado as are our clients, so I don't know Houston's market.

@Scott Stampsi don't know anything about it but i am just curious:what your experience level iswhat you're hoping to accomplish

For now, my immediate goal is to pay off all of my credit card debt (should be accomplished by February 1.), and continue to educate myself on NOI, Cap rate, cash-on -cash return etc.BP community, I am open-minded, willing to take initiative, always willing to be taught something new, but also ready to share any experience or knowledge I have that can help someone else. 

Not to mention over the course of those 3 years (or however long) your $1,000 a month hasn't just been sitting in a savings account losing value - it's been buying assets for you that create income, while still helping you accomplish your long term goal of buying real estate.
