Do you know what they would be doing about furniture? 

I believe the safety is solid for my wife and me; in fact, we are about to start having children here.

Do they save women & children first, or do they abandon ship and watch it go down from afar?

Because they have 3 children, I waited, and have now finally filed for eviction.

I still have not received furniture pieces that I paid for back in September of last year.

For a great offer, you throw in the furniture if they want to keep doing the MTR.
