Our house rules already prohibit the growing of any "crops or plants for the purpose of consumption" and the use of hydroponic growing methods within the units of our buildings - I do not care if they are growing tomatoes, blueberries or cannabis ... it cannot occur inside.

More and more we will be seeing cash transactions as the Cannabis economy grows and banks will not grant these businesses accounts. 

I’m try to find a financial connoisseur that has ideas on how to turn 6,000 dollars in 10,000$ or 10,000 into 14,000 with different niches they have experienced.

People like to smoke; cigarettes are legal just about everywhere, weed/cannabis may be legal in some places but crack is illegal almost everywhere.

Cannabis will grow in lower humidity than "ideal" so just tell your tenants that they cannot raise the humidity because there is a real danger of mold.  

Now the usual suspects have turned to either growing cannabis or off-loading various substances along the coast.Interesting but sad anecdote: during WW2 there were some local clans that traded bread and other commodities to German submariners for gold.How do you legislate morality?

I strongly believe that in 4-8 years when Cannabis is finally federally legal, the large brands like Marlboro, Anheuser-Busch, or Heineken will enter the space and then cannabis real estate, licensing, and businesses will be bought out for big money. 

People tend to mix fentanyl into cannabis? 

I do write a lot of insurance in the cannabis space, and restricting commercial activity and smoking is how I'd chisel out your exposure.
