@Scott Trench  Well anyone who says you can get by on little sleep because the need for sleep is a sociatal delusion, and uses his book as a platform to sell daily planners and calming aura and soothing chakra tea,  isn't someone I'd look to for serious life advice.

And if you do buy the most expensive one you can find with the radio and waterfalls and LED lights and all that stupid crap to entertain the guests.

It took all I had to calm Cara down - we had no other place to go!

I simply needed to bounce this off of someone who's informed and hearing back from you was a enough to help me come back to calm.

Lucky for me one of the dramatic tenants decided to leave and the house became calm again.  

Calm down and if your rental is up in flames.

They become this fiend, this villain that could destroy you and is probably the hardest phase of all the phases.It is during the MOVING PHASE, that you must be cool, have all your wits about you and be prepared, yet still be cordial so as not to enrage the monster that seems to be lurking in your Tenant during the MOVING PHASE (as there is NO ANTIDOTE to calm the savage beast once it takes form).

Thankfully, the odor calmed down with the borax as well.
