There may be an argument that this was not due to the storm but I believe it would be considered part of the storm.

I believe it's a great and thriving community with unique aspects that make it stand out from other markets in Texas. 

There are numerous threads about sub to and many investors believe it is a high risk strategy (especially for seller) and believe buyers who use it “take advantage” of naive sellers.  

I can’t believe how stupid I was to actually think that because I owned the house outright the town would never sell it on me.

About two weeks later, the appraisal came back with a value that was off by approximately 35%, leading the lender to reject the loan.I contacted the lender to explain why I believed the appraisal was flawed.

I believe the standard vehicle liability is $300,000 while the average settlement is less than $60,000.

I don't believe "waiting it out" is an effective strategy.

To believe the benefit of cheap labor comes without consequences is absurd.
