Outside of LA and in IE or AV bandits might work better I am thinking.

As someone said plan on doing something in the next 5-50 years.It is a bit difficult to decsribe but imagine the brick stairstepping up from each side of the doorway in the shape of a V.

Those 3 things are all different, so I do not think they are a VS. 

I've been looking for properties in the AV.

One thing you didn't appear to analyze is the impact of vacancy & maintenance charges of Class A vs Class B vs Class C properties/tenants on returns.

But giving it to a collections agency that will work on a % VS a fee is really the only way to go in my opinion.  

So I was wondering if anyone who invests in the Av is willing to connect, share ideas, chat, etc.

Expenses may be hopeful. av rent shown above is 837/pm and 110k/door not a good picture.

Does anyone have experience with Amazon Firesticks or other solutions for streaming AV?
