As others have stated, your fit & finish goals should be guided by whether you plan to:1) Rent: tenants don't always take care of a property, so you want to use lower-grade materials and workmanship.2) Flip: higher quality on workmanship and materials is usually required.Regardless, you always want to "Maintain to the Neighborhood".

Haven't completely finished researching so not sure what area yet, but it seems promising.

Posted this on the Multifamily section, but realized after I should post it here.I am a current Senior at the  Catholic University of America playing Baseball and finishing up my accounting degree.

We have booked guests while finishing up the construction phase. 

Anyone that remembers we bought the really ran down house in Anderson, we also finished the remodel and refinanced that one also.

When the remodel is finished I hope to already have some early appreciation on the property.

At the beginning of 2022, the 10-year treasury rate was still in the mid-1% range, meaning 2 years later when those units are being finished, we are seeing those high deliveries in 2024.

Some simple valences along the top will finish out those windows nicely.
