When starting out it’s really not just about owning something immediately, but being in atmospheres that help change your way of thinking- we all need that. 

Also being surrounded by like-minded professionals creates an atmosphere you almost can't get enough of as the knowledge is endless.

The guest house has a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, family room, and another large room (I've thought that could be converted into bunk house type sleeping for kids)Between the two it could accommodate probably 20 people easily, in a great country atmosphere.

I forgot to add that I also have multiple e-mail/instant messages per day regarding coworkers and the overall atmosphere.  

Yeah, I agree with Brandon Turner... a blog about your process would be of interest to other investors but I don't think sellers want/need to hear about all the behind the scenes stuff.... its like when you go to a restaurant, do you want to see 20 people sweating and going nuts getting food ready, nah you just want a nice experience and a good atmosphere. lol.

Having a single family home provides more privacy and fewer conflicts over resources like parking spaces or shared living areas, making it an ideal option for those who prefer a peaceful atmosphere.

There is something about a class atmosphere with an experienced instructor.

There is also group and individual coaching on various topics.Main thing, KW has a family atmosphere.

Even if they do vent the attic, as they should, I can not imagine a scenario where the asbestos portion will enter the house atmosphere in a significant way. 

Especially young people likes the cozy atmosphere that chalk paint creates.
