The algorithm makes no sense to me. 

I am assuming the Zillow algorithm uses list price to factor its Zestimate, but I am wondering if the pre-drop price could still be used.

Your scores for a mortgage company will be different from an auto loan company which will be different from a credit card company etc.Consumers who are not familiar with the different algorithms are always surprised that their mortgage fico scores are lower than the scores they get from other sources. 

You've already been told all the pros and cons of doing so now, but of course, it's you who needs to come up with your own appreciation vs cash flow algorithm.

They don't understand the algorithms that are used and how it can be totally wrong to value the homes and that many factors are left out.

The key is to give their algorithms time to adjust your ads. 

The entire park is being listed under a single property.I know people like to bash Zillow, but for all its shortcomings, they have pretty good data gathering algorithms.
