I am new to real estate , i just purchased my 1st rental house in fort worth, and made it available for renting for about $2100 , i am getting lot of section 8 / voucher's for the house, although i am interested in renting to to section 8 ,  i am confused on what are the minimum income criteria should i look for  ? 

Look at data period.How many probate people do you need to reach out to to find one motivated seller in the mix?

This can be a very tough line to toe, especially when potentially hundreds of thousands of dollars are on the line.While appraising is all about numbers, there are people involved, and anytime you have people involved, the task becomes infinitely more complex (yes, infinitely -- as an example, there's no computer in the world I can't beat in poker, but you add an idiot with half a brain and at best, over a small number of trials, I'm 70/30).So, I certainly don't mean to bash appraisers as a whole, though in this case, I had every intent to bash a particular appraiser...

In September 2021, when things were opening back up again, I was ordered by the Court to to "show cause" why the case shouldn't be dismissed out of hand.

Is this some metric to to not account for? 

Reached out several times then finally decided to try one of the other associates I had worked with and they told me that they ran into issues with underwriter and now they are saying the underwriter doesn’t want to to approve me anymore cause they feel like it’s too much of a project for a first timer.

We have spoken to to builders with in house architects.

If you're someone that brings value to to the table, it should be a no brainer for loyalty given you're working with a decent human.
