I’ve spent years studying everything to do with investing in houses and then this opportunity to buy land came up and I just jumped.

Undoubtedly, I have much to learn, but I am no stranger to long hours of study and work.

I haven’t seen any longer term studies done, only promotional info when the RE market was generally rising.  

What I share comes from my experiences in court room and mind numbing hours of study and research in a law library on contract law and interstate compact. 

In other words, if there are attorneys who can afford to specialize in just prosecuting dog owners for dog bites - then good luck defending against them.What I learned when I was studying law, was that if there is any history whatsoever that a dog has ever bitten someone or a dog before, then no matter the circumstances, if they bite again - they are automatically guilty.And, even as a dog lover, you and I both know that some breeds are more likely to bite than others.  

I really can say that everything needs to be perfectly handled without any room for error.However, you do not need to go and study all aspects of Dodd/Frank, Safe Act, Senate Bill 43, the Property Code, the Finance Code, insurance law and all case law regarding wraps. 

However, what the study didn't look at is the post tax return (and which is the bottom line and the most important thing).

Majority of my target market is International Students, serious about their Studies, not interested in causing issues.
