The ones I manage total to 20 bedrooms.These rooms rent for between $125 to $225 per week depending on room size and amenities in the room (beyond basic amenities may include: Desk, Tv, private entry, tenant controlled AC, additional storage).This month after padsplit takes their 14.25% cut of the revenue I am recieving, from the units I own, $15,230 from 3 homes.

If it stays beyond what's paid for either move it to a storage area on your land and keep track of storage fees or see if you can have someone tow it offsite for you and in that case they will have to pay whatever fee the tow yard charges.

Even just pulling Comps for bedrooms, bathrooms,sqft,acreage build year,only 5 comps come up within 5miles.add a 30x40 shop in the mix and a tiny home on a neighboring lot.1/4 acre pond. 3 storage buildings.brand new roof and hvac.
