It wouldn't have old knob and tube so all you need to check for is whether it is aluminum wiring which was more common in the mid 1970's.

Have it wrapped in brown aluminum (flashing) to make it less obvious and no maintenance.We have also had posts installed in the ground to mount the dishes.

I have a 2006 tank which is spotless inside because I keep up with draining it every few years and rod maintenance.https://www.amazon.com/Camco-11582-Aluminum-Anode-...Bottom line is, you can even buy a used tank or lowest warranty tank, put a thick rod it in and run that thing for over a decade.

Probably worth having a master electrician check all the electrical including outlets and wiring, as there's a good chance you could be looking at rewiring the whole house if it has aluminum wiring, knob and tube, a fuse box, ungrounded outlets, or any other dangerous outdated stuff.
